On October 27, Mr. Pham Huy Truong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Agriculture and Rural Development (NNPTNN) of Khanh Hoa province - said that after a period of propaganda and mobilization and completing procedures, the Trade Union of Agriculture and Rural Development of Khanh Hoa province has just held a ceremony to admit union members and announced the decision to establish the Trade Union of Ngoc Thuy Production and Trade Services Company Limited.
At the ceremony, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union granted the decision to admit 34 workers to the Union and decided to establish the Trade Union. The Executive Committee and the Provisional Trade Union Inspection Committee were established and introduced to the members. Mr. Nguyen Van Ha was appointed as the Provisional Trade Union Chairman.
Ngoc Thuy Production and Trading Service Company Limited was established in 2013, operating in the field of providing quality aquatic breeds and useful solutions in aquaculture, with 1 head office and 8 production facilities spread across coastal areas from Nha Trang City to Van Ninh District.
With a total of 52 employees, over time, the company's workforce has been focused on training, with 3 employees having 3 master's degrees, 4 university degrees, 2 college degrees and 43 skilled workers. This is also one of the few private seafood enterprises actively participating in scientific research activities. Notably, it has coordinated the implementation of 9 topics and projects at the ministerial and provincial levels with research institutes and schools in the area... to research on breeds and aquaculture processes.
