The Trade Union of Vietnam Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP) has launched an emulation movement to complete tasks in 2026, associated with the goal of improving labor productivity, promoting scientific research, digital transformation and optimizing operating costs.
With the spirit of solidarity and consensus, PVEP's leadership and employees are determined to complete the 2026 goals, continue to affirm their core role in the field of oil and gas exploration and exploitation and make positive contributions to national energy security.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Chairman of Petrovietnam Trade Union, highly appreciated the results and creative labor emulation movement of PVEP in the past time. The Chairman of Petrovietnam Trade Union also requested the Corporation to continue to promote technical innovation initiatives, improve productivity and business efficiency.
Launching a emulation movement to encourage and create conditions for union members and workers to complete their tasks is one of the effective activities of the PVEP Trade Union.
Here, the Trade Union actively participated in building and supervising the implementation of regulations related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and at the same time maintained legal advice activities, supporting and answering issues related to labor contracts and policies.
The Trade Union also supervises the implementation of insurance regimes, health care, labor protection and working conditions.
