On January 24, Petrovietnam Trade Union said that trade union levels throughout the Group have proactively and flexibly implemented propaganda on the "Petrovietnam Innovation Program" in many rich forms, suitable to the specific characteristics of each unit.
Many affiliated trade unions have early launched emulation, developed detailed guidelines, assigned specific targets, and linked the Program with key emulation movements and production and business tasks of the unit.
The emulation atmosphere of Innovation spreads strongly, becoming a source of inspiration and motivation to encourage workers to promote intelligence, creative spirit, proactively propose new initiatives and solutions, contributing to improving productivity and work efficiency.
Experience shows that one of the important factors for the emulation movement to spread is that propaganda work is the key factor determining the success of the Program. Petrovietnam Trade Union identifies this as a key and consistent task throughout the program implementation process. Right from the beginning of the year, communication work was organized methodically and creatively, taking advantage of multiple digital platforms to widely spread information to union members and employees throughout the Group.
Propaganda work has truly promoted the leading role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying the unit, arousing the aspiration to contribute, the spirit of innovation and creativity in each union member and employee. Through this, the Program not only creates a positive effect within Petrovietnam, but also affirms the image of Petrovietnam employees with intelligence, bravery, creativity, and the development of the Group.
As of December 31, 2025, the Program has recorded 3,070 creative products, reaching more than 205% compared to the annual plan target (1,500 products) - far exceeding the set target. The total value of profit is estimated at nearly 17,500 billion VND (according to data compiled from the system), affirming the practical effectiveness, influence and widespread spread of the movement throughout the Group.
