Implementing the direction of the Group Party Committee and successfully inheriting the "1 million initiatives" program, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union has launched the " Oil and Gas Innovation" program for the period 2024 - 2028.
The goal of the program is to encourage workers to promote their intelligence and responsibility, contributing to improving labor productivity and production and business efficiency.
In the first year of implementation, the movement achieved good results. As of October 31, 2024, the program has recorded 1,566 initiatives, exceeding the set target by 30%. Of which, 22 research topics, 603 initiatives, 339 solutions and 602 ideas were implemented. In particular, more than 1,335 valid initiatives have been approved, bringing practical value to the Group.
Many units directly under the Vietnam Oil and Gas Union have excelled in and exceeded the set targets, such as PVFCCO Trade Union, PVCFC Trade Union, PV Power Trade Union, PTSC Union, PV Gas Union, PVEP Trade Union and Biendong Poc Trade Union. The initiatives of these units contribute an important part in improving production efficiency, cost optimization and improvement of management process.
Initiatives and ideas from employees not only help the Group overcome difficulties and challenges, but also create a solid foundation for businesses to develop sustainably.
