Profiting more than 1,345 billion VND from the emulation movement launched by the Trade Union

Launching effective emulation

Implementing the emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, on February 27, 2024, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Electricity Group launched the Emulation Movement to build a 500kV line 3 from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) with the determination to compete for the 5 First: "Fastest progress; Best quality; Best safety - economy; Most creativity; Best care for life".

The emulation contests of "45 days and nights", "sprint racing", "sprint racing, sprint racing", "peak competition month, sprint racing", "30 days and nights sprint racing" ... are continuously launched by the Trade Unions at all levels in coordination with the profession, calling on workers to strive and work towards completing the progress of foundation markers, erecting columns, pulling ropes and the entire project.

Trade unions at all levels have organized hundreds of groups to visit, encourage, and give gifts to workers at the construction site with a total amount of nearly 20 billion VND. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has allocated union funds to support union members and workers who were seconded, and increased the project's timely completion progress by over 5 billion VND. After more than 6 months of rapid construction, the 500kV line 3 project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) was inaugurated on August 29, 2024.

Emulation movements launched by the Trade Union, focusing on the movement "Good workers, Creative workers" took place enthusiastically, attracting a large number of workers, civil servants and laborers to participate.

According to reports from trade unions at all levels, in 2024, more than 2,900 products and works were recognized with a total amount of more than 149 billion VND, more than 123,000 initiatives were recognized and applied in practice with a total value of more than 1,345 billion VND.

In particular, cadres, union members, and workers under the National Defense Trade Union Board have 3,526 topics and initiatives to improve techniques, works, and products with an estimated value of more than VND248 billion with some typical models such as "Each engineer has a topic, each union group has an initiative", "Each union has 1-2 product works, initiatives, technical improvements", "Good at the job, strict training, discipline, and efficiency", "Following Uncle Ho's words - competing to win the top 3" ...

Increasing the reward rate for direct workers

According to Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong, in order for emulation movements to be highly effective, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has promptly propagated, disseminated, implemented, and guided all levels of the Trade Union with directives and resolutions of the Party, State, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on emulation and reward work.

Emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor have always been maintained regularly and attracted the participation of many Trade Unions and employees at all levels, thereby practically contributing to the implementation of the political tasks of the sector, locality, unit and building a strong Trade Union organization.

Emulation and reward work has received attention and focus from trade unions at all levels. The work of training and detecting advanced models has been of interest and implemented by a number of provincial labor federations, central industry unions and equivalent with many diverse forms, contributing to promoting the influence and influence of the models.
