The most special of which is the creative labor emulation with the theme " Contributing initiatives - Receiving ideas".
Because this is a movement that is expected to be an important stepping stone, promoting the creative labor movement, seeking useful solutions to improve management efficiency, increase labor productivity, reduce costs, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the production and business plan of the entire Corporation for the period 2025-2030.
According to Mr. Kieu Ngoc Anh - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, in recent years, the creative labor movement at the Company has achieved many outstanding results, with hundreds of initiatives and solutions implemented, bringing great value to the Corporation. In 2024 alone, the Company recorded 144 innovative products, making a profit of more than VND900 billion and had 1 initiative honored to win the VIFOTEC Award.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Company's Trade Union called on all cadres, union members, and workers to actively participate in the movement by proposing initiatives and giving solutions. Units need to step up propaganda, support initiative registration, include creative targets in emulation content, strive to achieve a rate of at least 5% of union members with initiatives participating, and promptly reward outstanding collectives and individuals.
