The Oil and Gas Spring Charity Program is organized in many areas across the country. A typical example is the Oil and Gas Spring Charity Program in the Southern region with the participation of nearly 1,000 workers. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, the Trade Unions at all levels will organize more than 20 Oil and Gas Spring Charity programs throughout the industry, especially in remote areas, oil and gas works and projects.
This activity has created cohesion between units. In addition, activities to support workers have also been widely and creatively deployed, mobilizing many resources to participate in Tet gift giving programs, taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers.
In units facing difficulties, the program is organized flexibly, suitable to actual conditions. In places where it is not possible to organize centralized programs due to geographical conditions, the Union has researched and found good and creative ways to ensure that all workers feel cared for.
With the motto of leaving no one behind, thousands of gifts were given directly to workers, providing material support as well as showing the concern and encouragement of the Trade Union.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union provided financial support to 20 units of project works, drilling rigs, and offshore works to organize "Spring of Oil and Gas Love", taking care of Tet for workers to welcome a warm and joyful At Ty Spring; supporting more than 3,000 disadvantaged workers of the units and giving Tet gifts to workers worth more than 5 billion VND.
