The training class was directly organized by the Trade Union of Power Generation Corporation (EVNGENCO1) in combination with online, connected with 12 affiliated grassroots trade unions, attracting over 200 students to participate.
Trade union officials have access to 7 key contents, including: Overview of AI and AI-First thinking; effective task assignment skills for AI; application of AI in drafting and reviewing documents; application of AI in summarizing and building reports; document exploitation and information synthesis using NotebookLM; application of AI in Trade Union communications; and requirements on information security, data security and responsible AI use.
In particular, the training content is built in a practical direction, directly related to the work of trade union officials, instead of just providing theoretical knowledge.
It is known that the goal of the training class is to equip AI-First thinking and AI application skills in drafting documents, summarizing reports, exploiting documents, and communication; thereby improving work quality and shortening task processing time.
The implementation of AI training is not only aimed at improving the personal capacity of trade union officials but also opens up a new approach in organizing and deploying EVNGENCO1 Trade Union activities.
When used properly, AI can support trade union officials to process regular tasks faster such as drafting documents, summarizing information, preparing reports, exploiting documents and communication. These are also the areas identified by the Corporation's Trade Union as the focus of the program.
