Every day, the female occupational safety and health worker urges, reminds, and guides everyone in the production team to strictly comply with regulations on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH), and to preserve safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
At the same time, the women also monitor the implementation of occupational safety standards, regulations, processes and internal rules to promptly detect shortcomings and violations of occupational safety and health and cases of unsafety and hygiene of machinery, equipment and materials at the workplace; participate in developing the occupational safety and health plan of the team, as well as the general occupational safety and health plan of the unit; participate in developing measures and safe working plans within the team or team; coordinate and support specialized safety officers to perform their duties when necessary for work related to occupational safety and health work of the team or team that the occupational safety and health service agency works with.
Female workers also instruct on safe working measures for new workers coming to work in production teams and teams; participate in management groups, identify and assess risks of occupational safety and health at the workplace; supervise measures to ensure occupational safety and health and promptly overcome unsafe and unsanitary cases of machinery, equipment and materials at the workplace.
