Initiatives that bring great benefits to businesses
On February 17, Ms. Truong Thi Hoan - Head of the Processing Technical Department of Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Company - shared that she started working at Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Company in 1993, and in 1996 she was admitted to the Party.
During her working career, from 2004 to 2010, she was the Acting Head of the Company's Processing Engineering Department. From 2018 to present, she has been the Head of the Processing Technical Department.
According to Ms. Hoan, during her work in the technical field, she often observes the operation and operation of the production team meticulously. Realizing that the working process had many redundant movements and was quite messy, she adjusted it down to shorten the time, giving higher work efficiency.
In addition to many small annual initiatives, in 2004, Ms. Hoan had an initiative to preserve raw materials that was awarded the Encouragement Prize by the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh.
In particular, in 2023, she had an initiative with the theme "Rolling truck transportation" applied instead of manual transportation. As a result, it has saved labor, increased labor productivity, and benefited the Company more than 500 million VND per year.
"During the product processing process, I saw that the workers were struggling to carry the raw materials in both hard work and ineffectiveness, taking a lot of time. Therefore, I have initiated a rolling truck transportation project to reduce labor for workers, while increasing efficiency and labor productivity, Ms. Hoan shared.
Proud to be honored
Ms. Hoan shared that she was the only worker in Ha Tinh province to be selected as one of 95 outstanding workers nationwide who were awarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on February 16. She was very happy, touched and proud.
I am very happy and proud to be honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. That is a great motivation for me to continue to strive, explore, have more creations and initiatives to benefit the Company, helping the Company develop further to make high profits. Thereby, increasing the income and life of workers, Ms. Hoan shared.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Thach - Chairman of the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Economic Zones - said that Ms. Hoan has worked for many years and has made many contributions to the development of Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
In addition to being the Head of the Company's Processing Arts Department, Ms. Hoan is a union cadre, head of the Women's Union and has also been a Party member who has been with the Party organization for quite a long time.
Ms. Hoan has the virtues of diligence, hard work, passion for discovery, creativity and is also an exemplary person, influential, gathering solidarity, playing a big role in building a harmonious labor relationship between workers and employers.
In particular, during her work, Ms. Hoan has had many initiatives that benefit the business.
It is very deserved that Ms. Hoan is the representative of Ha Tinh and was selected by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to honor outstanding workers. That is the motivation for Ms. Hoan to strive, be creative, and have more initiatives in the production process in the coming time," Mr. Thach shared.
With many initiatives, Ms. Hoan has been repeatedly commended by the Company and rewarded by the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor. In 2023, she was awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
