On September 3, Mr. Dao Manh Kien - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Airlines Corporation said that more than 330 officials, employees, workers and youth union members participated in the 10th "Vietnam Airlines Pink Drop" Voluntary Blood Donation Day in 2026.
The program is organized by the Trade Union and Youth Union of the Corporation in coordination with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.
Many officials and employees participated in blood donation for the first time, while many people have responded to the program many times.
With the message "Each drop of blood given - A life left behind", the festival continues to extend the journey of compassion maintained by Vietnam Airlines for a decade.
The voluntary blood donation movement is increasingly becoming a meaningful activity in the lives of Vietnam Airlines officials, employees and youth union members. Each person contributes a small part, together creating a valuable blood source to support patients.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Corporation's Youth Union decided to commend individuals with outstanding achievements in the voluntary blood donation movement in the past time. This is a recognition for those who have actively participated and contributed to maintaining and spreading the movement throughout the Corporation.
As of August 28, the blood donation program at the Corporation headquarters has received 287 units of blood. Through the "Vietnam Airlines Pink Drop" series of activities in 2026, officials and employees throughout the Corporation have contributed a total of 1,314 units of blood.
After 10 years, "Vietnam Airlines Pink Drop" is not just a blood donation day but has become a meaningful activity, contributing to building a culture of sharing among officials, employees and youth union members.
From the blood drops given, the spirit of compassion continues to spread through simple and practical actions, contributing to bringing more life opportunities for patients.
