On August 11, the Labor Recruitment Council for Long Thanh International Airport announced the continued recruitment of workers for the Airport in 2026, working in Long Thanh ward, Dong Nai city.
This time, Long Thanh International Airport recruits 9 positions including: Investment specialists; drivers and ground equipment operators (electric vehicles, self-propelled cranes, firefighters, ambulances...); maintenance and repair staff of technical equipment; construction maintenance and repair staff; technical equipment operators; parking lot inspection and supervision staff; airport area road cleaning staff; toll collection staff; medical staff.
Accordingly, employees will be able to work full-time, administratively or in shifts, working hours not exceeding 48 hours/week, a safe and civilized working environment, with international communication; Ensuring all rights of employees according to regulations, attractive salary, bonus, and income regimes, monthly salary not lower than 16 million VND/month (for general workers, monthly salary not lower than 13 million VND/month). Employees are also trained and developed skills suitable for the job position.
Common age standards are no more than 30 or 35 (depending on the job title applied for). Most positions require TOEIC English proficiency from 300-400, basic information technology application proficiency or other equivalent certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam.
To date, Long Thanh International Airport has received more than 300 personnel to prepare for operation and exploitation by the end of 2026.
Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) has also developed a plan for training, coaching, and arranging personnel to participate in familiarizing with the equipment system at the Long Thanh International Airport project; at the same time, organizing practical work at Tan Son Nhat International Airport to accumulate experience and be ready for commercial operation.
According to the plan, the testing operation at Long Thanh International Airport will be deployed in 3 phases from September to November 2026 before officially operating.
