Implementing the policy of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Bank Trade Union, and the Agribank Trade Union deploy to grassroots trade unions in the entire system to organize practical activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, ensuring a joyful, prosperous and happy Lunar New Year 2025.
Accordingly, Agribank Union supported 350 union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances in District 30A and border districts with a total amount of 175 million VND. Supported 381 children of union members and Agribank workers with congenital or serious illnesses with 5 million VND each, with a total amount of 1.9 million VND.
Along with caring activities, Agribank Trade Union directs trade unions at all levels to strengthen timely grasp of the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; organize propaganda and mobilize union members and workers to celebrate Tet and Spring Festival economically, safely, comply with legal regulations and return to work on time; improve the effectiveness of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, coordinate with professional organizations to organize Labor Conferences; supervise the implementation of legal regulations on salary, bonus, working conditions, working hours, rest hours for union members and workers; strengthen dialogue and negotiation activities with professional leaders on the content of caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during Tet; coordinate with professional organizations at the same level to organize activities to express gratitude to retired cadres through the periods...
In order to better care for the material life of union members and workers on the occasion of Tet, Agribank Trade Union deployed grassroots trade unions to participate in the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; selected 300 union members and workers to participate, each union member received a card with an amount of 500,000 VND to buy goods on the e-commerce trading floor of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Through specific and practical actions, the Trade Union at all levels in the Agribank system has continued to affirm the position of the Trade Union organization in contributing to the professional care of material and spiritual life, creating trust and great motivation for union members and employees to work with peace of mind, contribute, stick together, and accompany Agribank to develop strongly in the new period.
