Accordingly, the working delegation of the Vietnam Bank Union led by Mr. Pham Tien Dung - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Chairman of the Vietnam Bank Union, visited and presented Tet gifts to policy households, people with meritorious services, and poor households in Thac Ba commune, Lao Cai province. Accompanying her were Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi - Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Bank Union and representatives of leaders of some units.

The delegation presented 1,000 Tet gifts to policy households, people with meritorious services, and poor households in Lao Cai province. Each gift included in-kind gifts and 1,000,000 VND in cash.
These gifts are to encourage and share difficulties, contributing to helping people celebrate the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 more fully.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Chairman of the Vietnam Bank Union Pham Tien Dung emphasized: Implementing the Party and State's policy on social security work, for many years, the Banking sector has always actively responded to the movements "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind", especially during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation. The program is a deeply humane activity, showing the spirit of mutual affection and responsibility for the community of officials, union members, and employees of the Banking sector.
