The Party's political commitment to the People and to history
On February 7, the Politburo and the Secretariat organized a national conference to study, study, thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress in the form of direct meetings combined with online meetings with the participation of more than 1.9 million delegates.

At the Conference, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet exchanged views on the topic "Some new, core issues and experiences of 40 years of renovation in the 14th Party Congress Documents".
Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet said that one of the highlights of the XIV Congress is the long-term strategic vision, going beyond the framework of one term.

The Congress clearly established strategic goals: By 2030 to become a developing country with modern industry and high average income; by 2045 to become a developed country with high income in the socialist orientation. These goals are not just purely economic indicators, but the crystallization of the aspiration for national development, and the political commitment of the Party to the People and to history.
Regarding the new approach and innovations in building the Party's 14th Congress Document, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission said that the 14th Congress shows innovation and creativity in the thinking method and leadership and ruling methods of the Party, which is reflected right from the way the document is built.
Because, in the context of the ruling Party, the Congress Document is not only a political document, but also a "strategic design", a supreme leadership tool of the Party for the whole society. Document innovation is essentially the innovation of the Party's leadership and ruling methods.
This is reflected in some aspects: Innovating the approach: from summarizing the term to designing a development strategy; Systematic and comprehensive thinking: integrating fields into a unified whole; Switching from "directing resolutions" to "action resolutions".
Consistent spirit: action - decisive - effective

Regarding the core issues in the Document of the XIV Congress, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet clearly stated that it is: Supplementing and developing "theory of the renovation line", a new step in the maturity of the Party's theoretical thinking.
Establishing the "strategic autonomy" mindset - a new positioning of Vietnam in a volatile world. This is also a very new point.
Completing the development institution, a strategic breakthrough that is decisive; Establishing a new growth model based on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Promoting the internal strength of the nation: culture, people, education, training and private economy; Strengthening national defense and security, developing foreign affairs commensurate with the stature of the country.

The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission also mentioned some basic requirements in implementing the Resolution of the XIV Congress.
That is: High unity in awareness, creating social consensus, arousing aspirations for development. Rapid, complete and synchronous institutionalization, this is a breakthrough in implementation organization. Innovating implementation methods according to modern management thinking.
Along with that, taking science, technology, innovation and digital transformation as the main methods of action. Building a team of cadres - the decisive factor in every decision.
According to the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the consistent spirit: action - drastic - effective.
Implementing the Resolution of the 14th Congress requires a new spirit that is faster, more drastic, more creative, and more effective. Not accepting stagnation, avoiding responsibility, saying more and doing less. Each level, each sector, and each locality must ask themselves: What have we done specifically to realize the goals of the Congress? Because the success of the Congress is not measured by words, but is measured by the growth of the economy, the quality of life of the people, social trust, and Vietnam's position in the international arena.
It can be said in a general and concise way as General Secretary To Lam summarized in the Report of documents submitted to the Congress: "When there is high ideological unity; decisiveness in action; strictness in discipline; the people are truly the center, we will definitely turn aspirations into reality; bring the country forward strongly and firmly in the era of national rise, towards socialism" - Mr. Trinh Van Quyet emphasized.
