Accordingly, Plan No. 1471/KH-CDNH clearly states the time and time to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels in the banking industry towards the 8th Congress of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
This plan is developed on the basis of Plan No. 22/KH-TLD dated August 29, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for the 2026-2031 term; Document No. 513/TLD-QHLD dated September 11, 2025 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on adjusting the Congress time.
The time to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels in the industry is as follows:
Grassroots union congresses: Grassroots union congresses, member grassroots unions, and departmental unions are organized and completed before November 30, 2025. The official Congress time is no more than 01 session, encouraged to be associated with the Conference summarizing the unit's 2025 trade union work.
Congress of Economic Group Trade Unions, General Corporation Trade Unions (Grassroots Trade Unions): Held after completing the grassroots Trade Union Congress and completing before December 15, 2025. The official congress time is no more than 1 session.
8th Congress of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union: Organized and completed before December 31, 2025. The congress period shall not exceed 02 sessions.
With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Trade Union Congresses at all levels in the banking industry marked fundamental changes in the model of the Trade Union organization in the new era; promptly concretized the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws into the Resolution of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union Congress, a period of extensive and democratic political activities, a festival for union members, workers and trade union organizations.
