According to the plan to implement the emulation movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education" in all levels of trade unions under the Vietnam Bank Trade Union system, cadres, union members and workers will compete in self-study, self-training, updating, and improving knowledge and skills on digital transformation; compete in applying and exploiting digital platforms, digital technology, and artificial intelligence in work, contributing to improving labor productivity and work efficiency.
In addition, trade unions at all levels in the Vietnam Banking Trade Union system compete to promote digital transformation, apply science, technology, and innovation in trade union activities. Trade union leaders at all levels have innovated their thinking, leadership methods, management and operating models from "traditional" to digital space based on digital data. Invest in developing infrastructure for science, technology, innovation, and converting factors in trade unions at all levels, especially digital infrastructure and digital technology on the principle of "ational, synchronous, secure, safe, efficient, avoid waste".
Compete to improve the quality and effectiveness of social criticism for mechanisms and policies on science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation; strengthen coordination in monitoring the implementation of Party policies and the State's laws on related issues.
Compete to build Collective Labor Agreements with the agreement of business owners on popularizing and training digital skills for union members and workers.
What is emphasized in the plan of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union is to compete in propaganda, raising awareness among union members and workers about the meaning, role, and importance of developing science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation associated with the study of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology on developing science and technology.
Propagating the guiding viewpoints, targets, tasks and solutions in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on the sudden development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation associated with resolutions, action programs, tasks of the Trade Union organization and goals and targets for socio-economic development of sectors and localities.
