The Trade Union of Vietnam Coffee Corporation currently has 38 grassroots trade unions directly under the Trade Union of the Corporation, 4 member grassroots trade unions directly under the grassroots trade union with 199 divisional trade unions.
The number of trade union officials from deputy heads of trade union groups and above is 656 people. There are 33/38 grassroots trade unions based in the Central Highlands, some grassroots trade unions and member grassroots trade unions are mostly ethnic minority workers. This is a force with a spirit of solidarity and diligence, but still limited in legal knowledge and information access skills.
The team of trade union officials of departments and trade union groups plays a particularly important role. They are the ones who directly approach workers, propagate the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, Trade Union resolutions and the company's production and business tasks. This force requires basic knowledge, skills to mobilize the masses, and propaganda skills suitable to reality to attract contract workers to join the Trade Union organization.
From that reality, in-depth professional training in Trade Union activities is extremely necessary to improve the quality of the movement and care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
The Corporation's Trade Union has had specific solutions to focus on training and fostering to improve the quality of trade union officials, develop the admission of new union members, and meet the requirements of organizational and operational innovation.
One of them is to organize short-term training classes, fostering basic trade union skills, trade union nghiep vu, dialogue skills, resolution of recommendations, and disseminating policies of the Party and State to union members and workers to implement and protect their rights.
Here, direct guidance methods are applied when problems arise. When there is a situation, grassroots trade union officials will provide specific guidance. Integrate this content in trade union activities such as advanced typical conferences, the movement "building strong grassroots trade unions", "Good trade union officials and union members", "Excellent mass women's committees" into group and department meetings to ensure that propaganda is carried out regularly, closely and in accordance with reality to attract union members to participate.
When the Trade Union levels of the Corporation and the Industry Trade Union organize training classes, unit leaders create favorable conditions to send Trade Union officials to participate, ensuring that the team is updated with knowledge, improves skills and meets task requirements in the new situation...
