Currently, the whole industry has a total of 6,071 occupational safety and hygiene workers, with 763 new occupational safety and hygiene workers added. The units have organized training for 5,998 occupational safety and hygiene workers.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the occupational safety and hygiene team has made 35,581 recommendations on occupational safety and hygiene. Of which, 34,987 recommendations were accepted and resolved, reaching 98.3%. The remaining recommendations will be accepted by competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
The Trade Union of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group organized an inspection and supervision of occupational safety and hygiene and attended the occupational safety and hygiene network as planned.
In addition, develop a plan, direct units to organize the Excellent Hygiene and Safety Competition at the grassroots level and prepare conditions to organize the 13th Excellent Hygiene and Safety Competition at the level of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group in 2025.
The 2025 competition took place with the design of many diverse exam contents, combining theory and practice. The contestants went through two main rounds, including: the knowledge round and the exciting Game show round. Thereby, candidates can demonstrate both the knowledge and skills of a occupational safety and hygiene service.
