On July 30, at the Ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Trade Union of Construction and Trading Development Joint Stock Company No. 909 and the Trade Union of Construction Co., Ltd. No. 209, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, presented the Decision to establish grassroots trade unions, admit trade union members and present flowers to congratulate the Provisional Executive Committee of the two units.
Speaking at the Ceremony, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, congratulated the two grassroots trade unions and new trade union members; and emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, contributing to expanding the Trade Union organization in enterprises, creating conditions for workers to be cared for, represented and protected in their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union requested the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions to soon consolidate the organization, develop operating regulations, promote the role of the Trade Union organization, strengthen coordination with employers to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
Representatives of business leaders and the Provisional Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions expressed their honor to officially join the common roof of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; and committed to coordinating in building a strong trade union organization, better caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
On the same day, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; Comrade Bui Thi To Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Chief Accountant of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union attended the Ceremony to announce the Decision to establish 4 grassroots trade unions including: Hoang Dao Investment Joint Stock Company Trade Union, Zodiac Clarity Joint Stock Company Trade Union, Teksea Technology Joint Stock Company Trade Union and Zelios Technology and Education Joint Stock Company Trade Union.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of business leaders and the Provisional Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions.
At the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, presented the Decision on establishing the grassroots trade union, and presented flowers to congratulate the Provisional Executive Committee of the units.
The comrade expressed his wish that new grassroots trade unions soon stabilize their organizations, promote their representative role, care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; accompany businesses to build harmonious, stable and developed labor relations.
Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union Pham Hoai Phuong said that the establishment of 6 grassroots trade unions and the admission of 338 union members on this occasion further affirms the determination of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union in the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions, expanding the scope of gathering workers into the Trade Union organization, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
