19 outstanding female cadres from 19 grassroots trade unions directly under the union participated in 3 competition sections: presentation; answering questions about professional work and vocational skills, and talent competitions.
The content of the presentation and question-answering sections focused on regulations and handling of situations during the implementation and enforcement of resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels, contents related to female laborers, the Labor Code, the Social Insurance Law, the Trade Union Law, the Marriage and Family Law, the Domestic Violence Prevention Law; resolutions of congresses of the Women's Union at all levels and issues related to women and laborers...; education, childcare, building happy families, and living conditions.
In the talent competition section, the contestants demonstrated their talents through singing, dancing, storytelling, and short plays... with themes praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland, the country, praising laborers, women, and trade unions.
With thorough preparation, the contestants brought to the competition special, attractive performances, demonstrating the elegance, talent, and charm of female trade union cadres, leaving a deep impression on the audience.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to contestant Bùi Thị Ngọc - Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Trade Union; the Second Prize was awarded to contestants Nguyễn Thị Bích Luận - Yên Bình District General Hospital Trade Union and Phạm Thị Mai Lành - Trấn Yên District General Hospital Trade Union.
The Organizing Committee also awarded the Third Prize and consolation prizes to the contestants.
The 2024 Female Trade Union Cadre Competition has come to a close with a range of emotions. This is truly a day of celebration for grassroots trade unions in the healthcare sector, honoring the beauty, elegance, intelligence, talent, confidence, and creativity of female trade union cadres.
Through this, it has contributed to creating a lively, united atmosphere and raising the sense of responsibility of female trade union cadres in improving their professional skills and expertise, meeting the requirements of the new situation, and building a strong trade union organization.
This is also a meaningful activity to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).
