Ms. Pham Thanh Binh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Vietnam Health Trade Union said that organizing grassroots trade union congresses is an important political task that contributes to the results of trade union work, especially in the current period.
Ms. Pham Thanh Binh suggested that all units and union officials at online points focus on monitoring, grasping, updating basic and core knowledge, applying it to practical activities, both researching documents and listening to the reporters' reports. In particular, there were discussions and exchanges on issues still stuck at the grassroots level, along with the reporter clarifying a number of issues at the grassroots level that are facing difficulties to resolve together.
At the training conference, trade union officials at all levels listened to and discussed 4 in-depth topics delivered by leaders of Vietnam Health Trade Union departments. After absorbing the above contents, delegates attending the conference had lively discussions, raised difficulties and problems and proposed solutions to overcome them to prepare for the successful organization of grassroots trade union congresses.
