At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union announced the Decision of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation on transferring the activities of grassroots trade unions (CDCS) under the Trade Union of Industrial Parks 1 to the Au Lau Ward and Yen Binh Commune Trade Union.
Accordingly, 3 grassroots unions with 66 union members were handed over to Au Lau Ward Union, including: Ngoc Khanh Petroleum Company Limited; An Sinh HK Company Limited and Phuong Dong Protection Service Company Limited.

Handing over 4 grassroots unions with 710 union members to the Yen Binh Commune Trade Union, including: Mong Son Joint Stock Company Trade Union; Yen Bai Cement and Mineral Joint Stock Company Trade Union; Yen Binh Cement Joint Stock Company Trade Union and Yen Binh Mineral Joint Stock Company Trade Union.
The above grassroots trade unions have all been improved in organization, maintained a good working order, carried out well the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, actively participated in emulation movements, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Lao Cai Industrial Park Trade Union emphasized: The handover of grassroots trade unions to ward and commune trade unions is a step in line with the actual situation, contributing to the rearrangement of trade union organizations in a streamlined, efficient and favorable direction for the management, direction and implementation of movement activities in the locality.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Au Lau Ward Union and the Yen Binh Commune Union continue to pay attention, support and guide grassroots unions to soon stabilize their organization, promote their representative role and care for the lives of union members and workers.
Representatives of the handed over grassroots trade unions expressed their high consensus and unity and pledged to continue to be united, proactive and creative in organizing trade union activities, contributing to the development of the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers in the area.
