Grilled cheese salad
Ingredients:
100g low-fat cheese (Mozzarella or similar)
100g mixed green vegetables (sage, lettuce...)
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
half a bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper are enough
Squeeze the cheese with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Bake the cheese until golden brown.
Mix green vegetables, vegetables and grilled cheese.
Pour the lemon juice and olive oil mixture over.
Sauteed cheese with vegetables
Ingredients:
150g low-fat cheese (Feta or similar)
200g broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 carrot, chopped
half a bell pepper, chopped
Half an onion, chopped
15ml soy sauce
15ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 branch of ginger, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
How to do:
Saute the cheese until light yellow.
Saute garlic, ginger and onions for fragrance.
Add vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 - 7 minutes.
Mix the stir-fried cheese and vegetables together, then add soy sauce.
Season to taste and serve hot.
Grilled cheese with vegetables
Ingredients:
200g mass-cut Paneer cheese
100g bell peppers, sliced
100g squash, sliced
100g broccoli, cut into small pieces
30ml olive oil
10g dried herbs (ards, thyme)
Salt, pepper to taste
How to do:
Mix cheese and vegetables with olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly over a baking tray.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese is golden brown and has soft vegetables (about 20 - 25 minutes).
