1. Kiwi, apricot and yellow melon smoothie
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup kiwi
2 dried apricots, cut into small pieces
1⁄4 yellow melon
1⁄4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A little Himalaya pink salt
Implementation
Add kiwi, apricot and yellow melon to a blender and blend.
Add cold water and stir gently. Mix well.
Pour the smoothie into two cups and add lemon juice and a pinch of Himalaya pink salt.
Stir well before drinking.
2. Raspberry, chia seed and coconut water smoothie
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup of raspberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups coconut water
A handful of mint leaves
Do:
Blend the sticky rice and mint leaves.
Add coconut water and stir gently.
Pour it into a glass, add chia seeds and stir well.
3. squash, cucumber and lemon smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup broken bottle
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1⁄4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A little Himalaya pink salt
Do:
Add the chopped squash and the chopped cucumber to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add cold water and lemon juice and stir well.
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Add a little Himalaya pink salt and stir well before drinking.
4. Amaranth, black grape and mint smoothie
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup of chopped amaranth
1 cup of black grapes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A handful of mint leaves
A little Himalaya pink salt
Do:
Add the amaranth, black grapes and mint leaves chopped to a blender and puree.
Pour into a glass. Add lemon juice and a pinch of Himalaya pink salt and stir well.
6. Spinach, strawberry and cinnamon smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1⁄2 cup chopped strawberries
1⁄2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
Do:
Blend spinach and strawberries.
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Add Ceylon cinnamon powder and stir well.
