French fries combined with bacon and sausage can be easily prepared in 45 minutes combined with 1 hour of cooling. Women can prepare ingredients to make delicious cakes for 4-6 people as follows:
To make fries, you need to prepare 1kg of potatoes, 2 chicken eggs, 30g of multi-purpose flour, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Korean chili powder or chili powder as you like, salt and ground black pepper.
The filling includes 3-4 corn cobs, 3-4 sprigs of green onions, 6 slices of bacon and 2 Chinese sausages or sausages. You can prepare more yogurt to serve when enjoying.
Preparation method
Peel potatoes, wash them and cut them into large pieces. Put potatoes in a pot, add water to cover the potatoes about 2cm with a little salt. Boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and boil until the potatoes are soft. Take potatoes out into a basket, drain for about 5 minutes, then put them in a large bowl and mash.
Season with chili powder, salt and pepper to mashed potatoes. Beat the eggs into a bowl, beat until dissolved, then add to the potato mixture with flour. Mix well to blend the ingredients.
Use the sweet potato boiling water to boil corn for about 2 minutes. Then take out the corn, rinse with cold water and separate the seeds. Keep a little corn kernel for decoration when the dish is finished. Wash green onions, chop finely and leave the green leaves separate.
Add about 250g of corn kernels and scallions to the potato mixture, mix well. If the mixture is too soft or sticky, you can add a little flour to create adhesion. Then wrap tightly and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
While waiting, cut the bacon into small pieces and put them in a pan without adding oil. Fry over medium heat until the meat is golden brown, then take it out on oil blotting paper. Keep the fat secreted from the bacon for frying.
Cut sausage into small pieces, put them in the pan where the bacon has just been fried and stir well over medium heat until slightly golden brown. Take out the sausage, drain the oil, then put it in the chilled potato mixture and mix well.
Add a little bacon grease or cooking oil to the pan, heat over medium heat. Divide the potato mixture into bite-sized portions, put in a pan and spread into a round, slightly thin shape. Fry until the bottom is golden brown, then gently flip the cake and continue to fry the other side until golden brown.
When the cake is cooked, arrange it on a plate, add a little yogurt on top or fry 2 more eggs on top, then sprinkle with crispy bacon, corn kernels and spare onions.
French fries have a crispy golden crust, soft and fragrant inside, combined with the fatty taste of potatoes, the rich saltiness of bacon and sausage and the natural sweetness of corn. The dish is suitable for breakfast, afternoon snacks or as a snack for the whole family.
