In addition, fruits rich in vitamin C such as oranges, grapefruits, guavas and kiwis can contribute to supporting the body to control uric acid levels naturally.

Another important factor is maintaining a sufficient amount of water for the body. Water helps the kidneys function more efficiently, thereby increasing the ability to filter and excrete uric acid through urine.

Housewives should encourage family members to drink enough water every day, especially in hot weather or when exercising a lot. In addition to filtered water, you can add water from vegetables or fruits with low sugar to enhance flavor.

In parallel with supplementing with beneficial foods, it is necessary to limit foods high in purines. Animal organs, red meat, and some seafood such as anchovies, sardines, or dried shrimp can increase uric acid levels in the blood if consumed regularly.

Instead, you should prioritize healthy protein sources such as skinless poultry, eggs, low-fat milk or beans in appropriate amounts.

To effectively excrete uric acid, housewives need to reduce consumption of sugary drinks, soft drinks and alcohol in family meals. These types of drinks can hinder the process of uric acid excretion, while increasing the risk of metabolic disorders. A balanced diet combined with reasonable exercise will be more effective in controlling uric acid.

Housewives play an important role in building a menu that supports uric acid elimination. By choosing suitable foods, supplementing enough water and limiting high purine sources, each family member can contribute to maintaining long-term health and reducing the risk of diseases related to uric acid.
