The most important solution is to maintain enough water for the body. Water helps the kidneys work more effectively in filtering blood and removing waste, including uric acid.

On days with high temperatures, adults should drink enough water according to their body's needs and increase supplementation when outdoors or exercising a lot. Dividing the amount of water you drink during the day will be more effective than drinking a large amount in a short time.

In addition, a reasonable diet plays an important role in controlling uric acid levels. People at risk of increased uric acid should limit purine-rich foods such as animal organs, red meat, seafood and concentrated broths. Instead, you should increase green vegetables, fresh fruits and fiber-rich foods.

Some fruits such as cherries, oranges, grapefruits, or watermelons not only help replenish water but also support metabolism and eliminate waste in the body.

Maintaining a reasonable weight also contributes to reducing the risk of increased uric acid. Overweight and obesity are related to metabolic disorders, causing the body to produce more uric acid. However, it is necessary to avoid losing weight too quickly because this can temporarily increase blood uric acid levels.

You should limit the use of beer, alcohol and sugary drinks, especially soft drinks with high fructose content. These drinks can increase uric acid production and hinder kidney excretion.

In prolonged hot weather, drinking enough water, maintaining a scientific diet, controlling weight and limiting factors that increase uric acid are effective measures to help the body eliminate uric acid. This is also a way to contribute to reducing the risk of gout attacks and protecting long-term health.
