Waffles served with vanilla ice cream are a dessert that is both delicious and attractive for children. Housewives can apply the following recipe to make waffles combined with delicious vanilla ice cream and do not take too much time to prepare.
To make waffles, you will need to prepare some ingredients including 200 - 250gr of baking powder (can use special flour or flour); 2 eggs; 200ml of fresh milk; 50gr of unsalted butter; 30gr of sugar; 5gr of baking powder; 5ml of vanilla extract and 1 box of vanilla ice cream.
In a large bowl, bring the baking powder, the baking powder and the salt together. Separate the egg yolks and beat the egg whites until soft with a little sugar. Mix the yolk with milk, butter and vanilla and pour over the flour, stirring gently. Then continue to beat the egg whites to create a foam.
Preheat the cake pan and brush with a thin layer of oil or butter to prevent sticking. Pour about 1/2 - 2/3 cups of flour into the mold and bake for about 4 - 5 minutes until both sides of the cake are evenly yellow. Note, if baking in the oven, set the setting to 180 °C for about 10 - 12 minutes to cook evenly on both sides.
