To make the above drink, housewives need to prepare 50gr dark chocolate, 250ml unsweetened fresh milk, 5 - 10gr brown sugar, 2ml vanilla extract, and a little whipped cream.

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces to help it melt. Heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam slightly. Add the chopped dark chocolate into the hot milk, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.

Add brown sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture, continue stirring until the sugar dissolves. Pour the hot dark chocolate and vanilla into a cup, add a little whipped cream on top for a delicious, rich flavor. You can decorate with chocolate chips or cocoa powder to increase the attractiveness of the drink.

Hot chocolate with cinnamon and ginger

Prepare 80gr pure cocoa powder, 250ml almond milk, 5gr honey, 1 thin slice of fresh ginger, 2gr cinnamon powder and a little salt, 1 cinnamon stick for decoration.

Next, add the almond milk to the pot and add the fresh ginger slices. Bring to a boil over medium heat so that the ginger flavor is absorbed into the milk. Sift the raw cocoa powder into the hot milk and stir well to avoid lumps.

Add a little honey, cinnamon powder and sea salt to the pot and continue stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.

Use a strainer to pour the smooth hot chocolate into a cup, decorate with a little cinnamon powder or cinnamon stick on the surface to make it more eye-catching before enjoying.
