On January 12, the Quang Binh Economic Zone Trade Union announced that it had coordinated with the Trade Union of S&D Quang Binh Company Limited to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Thanks to the Party".
This time, the trade unions at all levels awarded a total of 111 million VND with 250 gifts.
Of which, 115 cash gifts worth 500,000 VND each; 45 vouchers to buy goods at the trade union Tet market worth 500,000 VND each; 70 gifts from BIDV Quang Binh Bank and the Economic Zone Trade Union worth 300,000 VND each; 20 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, donated by the company's Trade Union.
These gifts are given to union members and workers in difficult circumstances to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025.
Mr. Au Van Dung - Deputy Director of S&D Quang Binh Company Limited said that this year, the company will give Tet bonuses to workers and employees equal to 12% of each person's total income in the year. On average, each worker and employee will receive a bonus of about 12 million VND.
Mr. Dung said that the company always focuses on taking care of workers and laborers. During the year, the company and the union organized many activities to support workers at the unit.
Chairman of the Quang Binh Economic Zone Trade Union Tu Ngoc Thinh said that in order to take care of union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Standing Committee of the Quang Binh Economic Zone Trade Union has developed a support plan.
The Economic Zone Trade Union proactively coordinates with the professional sector to develop a plan to care for and support the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. For units where union members and workers have to work during Tet, in addition to implementing the prescribed salary regime, the grassroots Trade Union needs to participate with the professional sector to have a support policy to encourage union members and workers.
At the same time, widely and promptly propagate Tet care activities for union members and workers on mass media, Facebook, Zalo of agencies, units and union levels.
