Accordingly, the grassroots Trade Union of Sea Links City Company organizes a mini football tournament with the participation of 9 football teams from 5 units directly under the company. This is a business operating in the field of tourism, accommodation business and golf.
The tournament is divided into 2 competition systems including the amateur system and the recruitment system to create conditions for many union members and workers to participate in competition and exchange.
In which, the amateur system has 4 teams competing in a round-robin format to calculate points, rank and award prizes. The selection system includes 5 teams competing in a round-robin format, then selecting 2 teams with the highest achievements to compete in the final match to determine the champion team.

The matches took place in a lively atmosphere, attracting a large number of union members and workers to cheer. Many matches had good expertise, creating an exciting atmosphere in the business.
