On November 1, Ms. Ngo Thuy Dan Phuong - Chairwoman of VNPT Lam Dong Trade Union said that the unit was honored to be recognized as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" in 2024.
This is a title chaired by Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor, in coordination with relevant departments, branches and sectors of Lam Dong province.

According to the Chairman of VNPT Lam Dong Trade Union, to achieve this title, the trade union always stands side by side with the unit's leaders, especially in taking care of salaries and benefits for workers.
The unit has created stable jobs for more than 600 employees and workers. Daily wages have been improved, with an average monthly income of over 30 million VND/person.
VNPT's leaders and Trade Union always consider employees as the most valuable assets of the unit. During the working process, the unit has purchased 24-hour insurance for all employees to be paid promptly in case of risks or accidents.
