On October 20, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit had just organized the awarding of the Excellent Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to the grassroots trade union.
The unit awarded the emulation flag this time is the Trade Union of Ly Tu Trong Primary School, under the Duc Trong District Labor Federation.
The emulation flag award ceremony was held solemnly and meaningfully along with the unit's activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20).
Speaking at the program, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - Mr. Hoang Lien acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the collective of cadres, union members and workers in this unit.
Ly Tu Trong Primary School currently has 43 officials, teachers, and workers, including 40 female union members. The union and the leadership of this unit always coordinate effectively in implementing professional tasks and union activities.
From there, create a democratic working environment, mobilize the participation and contribution of union members, for common goals and tasks.
In particular, the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at home" has received the participation of many civil servants, teachers, and workers. In the 2023-2024 school year, there were 32 excellent teachers at the school level; 15 excellent teachers at the district level; 1 excellent teacher at the provincial level.
This result contributed to the school achieving the title of excellent labor collective; the union achieved excellent completion of its tasks, and was awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
“This is the leading unit in the movement of workers, civil servants, and trade union activities in the 2023-2024 school year. It is also a typical and excellent unit voted by more than 1,500 grassroots trade unions in Lam Dong,” Mr. Hoang Lien emphasized.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Ly Tu Trong Primary School also coordinated with the Board of Directors to organize many meaningful activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20) such as: Cultural exchange; traditional activities about "Heroic Vietnamese Mother", about "Good at national work, good at housework", organizing birthdays for union members...
