The dialogue was organized in a democratic and public manner, in the correct order and content according to legal regulations as well as the Enterprise Democracy Regulations.
Many issues directly related to the rights and benefits of workers have been raised by workers and proposed to the company.

After a frank exchange, representatives of employees and businesses agreed on many important contents. In which, the company said it will balance the budget to build appropriate bonus policies to ensure the rights of employees.
Regarding the salary regime, the increase will be based on business performance, factory production efficiency and KPI evaluation results of each individual.
Business representatives committed to striving to improve production efficiency to increase income for workers in the coming time.
Regarding support policies, in the face of market fluctuations and living costs, the company implements travel allowances of 200,000 VND/month for all employees. Regarding attendance allowances, the business said it will coordinate with relevant departments to consider, evaluate and respond to employees in the near future.
At the dialogue, many opinions of workers also focused on the working conditions and environment in some areas of the factory. Business representatives received feedback and said they would implement solutions to improve working conditions, ensure a safer and more favorable working environment for workers.

Regarding mid-shift breaks, currently workers working in the 3rd shift are given 45 minutes of rest according to company regulations. However, many workers proposed increasing the rest time to 60 minutes to ensure health when working at night. This content has been recorded by the enterprise and will have an official response after consideration.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, in the past time, many grassroots trade unions in the area have proactively coordinated with businesses to organize periodic dialogues with workers. Through direct exchanges, many recommendations and thoughts of workers have been listened to and resolved promptly.
Dialogues not only contribute to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of workers but also help workers have more voice at work, creating consensus between businesses and workers.
Through this, the role of trade union organizations continues to be enhanced in representing, caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
