On May 23, Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet Thanh - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Phan Thiet Export Garment Joint Stock Company - said that the unit had just organized a photo contest for all union members and employees in the company to create a meaningful playground and strengthen the spirit of solidarity in labor production.
The photo contest with the theme "Beauty of labor in production activities" attracted a large number of union members to participate in creating artistic photo works associated with daily activities at enterprises.
Many beautiful moments of union members and workers in the production area and premises of Phan Thiet Export Garment Joint Stock Company were vividly recorded and sent to the Organizing Committee for posting on the unit's Facebook page.
After the entries were posted, many union members mobilized friends and relatives to interact and share entries of their departments. The activity created a lively atmosphere throughout the company, contributing to promoting the image of a dynamic and united working environment.
Entries accompanied by introductory content have created a positive spread on social networks, leaving many impressions of the image of workers in the industrial production environment.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to outstanding works with high interactions. The total prize value is over 19.3 million VND.
According to the grassroots Trade Union of Phan Thiet Export Garment Joint Stock Company, the competition also creates conditions for workers to exchange between production lines and workshops, contributing to tightening solidarity, supporting each other in work and striving together to complete the 2026 production plan.
Ms. Tran Thi Xuan Tham - Chairwoman of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union - assessed that this is one of the grassroots trade unions that performs well in caring for union members and workers. In this year's Workers' Month, the unit has admitted 83 new union members, continuing to increase union members at enterprises.
In addition to organizing spiritual activities, the company's leadership also supported 2,870 employees with a level of 300,000 VND/person to encourage workers during the working process.
Through practical care activities, grassroots trade unions and businesses have contributed to creating a cohesive working environment, helping union members and workers feel secure in production, improve labor productivity and continue to accompany the sustainable development of the company.
