The official award-winning film "Homebound" has just held a global premiere at the 79th Cannes Film Festival.
Many Asian stars have appeared on the red carpet, in which Chinese actress Chau Da attracted attention with her outstanding appearance.
This is the second consecutive year that Chau Da has walked at the Cannes Film Festival as the brand ambassador of L'Oréal Paris.
The actress stepped onto the red carpet in an outfit belonging to the Spring/Summer 2026 Couture collection - "Golden Branch and Pearl Leaf" by Vietnamese designer Phan Huy, which he introduced at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week (France) at the beginning of 2026.
The dress has a purple dove gray tone, combining satin and thin chiffon materials. The upper body uses a strapless corset design with a shaped frame; while the lower body is a puffy chiffon skirt, studded with sparkling stones and beads.
Each step makes the skirt gently shake with the footbeat, creating a feeling that is both dreamy and magnificent.
In particular, according to revelations from the designer, the minimalist satin panel in front of the dress body is a detail that evokes the image of the traditional Vietnamese ao dai.
The design is also adorned with stone-studded details at the four corners, along with decorative rows running along, inspired by the Nguyen Dynasty's gold medals and gold medals.

The overall style of Chau Da is in a classic, luxurious direction. Her expressions and demeanor exude elegance and sophistication; she is likened by Chinese media to a "princess in ancient castle".
To combine with this dress, Chau Da wore a full set of high-end jewelry from Tasaki.
Stylist Vuong A Phi called this makeup style "Cannes-reflecting purple makeup", with eyeshadow and lipstick color mixed with purple to create harmony with the dress. Chau Da herself also revealed that she had specially chosen a lipstick color that was very suitable for the dress.
Immediately after the image was announced, the beauty "Cam Nguyet Nhu Ca" received countless compliments.
Many fashion bloggers and netizens believe that this haute couture outfit is "the most beautiful dress" Chau Da has ever worn, and also proves her stable fashion style at international events.
Before Chau Da, many Chinese beauties wore designs by Phan Huy.

Actress Trieu Lo Tu recently chose a yellow dress also from Phan Huy's "Golden Branch and Pearl Leaf" collection as her performance outfit in a concert in Thailand.
Last month, Trieu Lo Tu wore a light pink dress with 3D flowers designed by Phan Huy at a livestream event promoting the brand.
In March this year, Pham Bang Bang chose a 3D purple dress in the same "Golden Branch Pearl Leaf" collection to attend the "The First Sparkle on Siam" event held in Bangkok, Thailand.
At the beginning of May, the actress continued to wear Phan Huy's design at the moment of receiving an award at the Far East Film Festival in Italy.
Meanwhile, actress Lu Yuxiao once attracted attention when appearing in a design by Phan Huy when attending the Quality Television Drama Awards ceremony held in March.
