With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", for the 2025-2030 term, Hai An Ward Trade Union strives to propagate, mobilize and develop 500 - 700 new union members, establish 7 - 10 new grassroots trade unions; introduce at least 70 - 100 outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train and admit. At least 85% of enterprises with grassroots trade unions organize negotiations and sign collective labor agreements, of which 65% of agreements are of type B or higher. At the congress, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Hai An Ward Trade Union, term 1, consisting of 9 comrades. Mr. Nguyen Van Quang will continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Hai An Ward Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
