135 workers at 2 enterprises in Tay Ninh voluntarily joined the Trade Union and jointly established a grassroots Trade Union organization.
At Viva Living Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), 60/60 workers voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union. The enterprise has domestic investment capital and operates in the field of repairing machinery and equipment, located on D1 street, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang ward, Tay Ninh province. The company started operating from December 2025.
Previously, the Mobilization Committee had propagated and mobilized workers to learn about the Trade Union organization, rights and benefits when participating. After this process, all 60 workers agreed to establish a grassroots Trade Union.
At the congress, workers expressed their desire to be linked in an organization to take care of and help each other in the process of working and professional activities; and at the same time contribute to building businesses to develop and improve material and spiritual life.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term includes 3 people: Ha Thi Hien, Tran Thanh Trung and Tran Thi Ngoc Chau. After the first meeting, Ms. Ha Thi Hien was elected as Chairwoman. The Inspection Committee includes 3 members, Mr. Tran Thanh Trung as Chairman.
At Zhong Xiang Vietnam Mechanical Co., Ltd., 75/75 workers voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union. The enterprise operates in the field of repairing machinery and equipment, starting operations from May 2026 and currently has 75 workers.
The mobilization committee has propagated and helped workers better understand the Trade Union organization as well as the rights and benefits when participating. After that, all 75 workers agreed to establish a grassroots Trade Union, performing tasks and powers according to the provisions of the Trade Union Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the direction of the superior trade union.
The Executive Committee for the 2026-2030 term includes Vo Thi Ngoc Han, Hoang Thi Bich Tien and Le Van Vinh. Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Han was elected President of the Grassroots Trade Union; Mr. Le Van Vinh is the Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
