On the morning of March 18, Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology and related units to organize the inauguration of the Provincial Innovation Center, and at the same time opened the Week of Science and Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation 2026.
According to the Department of Science and Technology, the Innovation Center is identified as a focal point connecting knowledge, technology and resources, contributing to promoting research, application and technology transfer activities in the area. This is also a platform to support businesses to access technology innovation and promote digital transformation.
Science and Technology Week, Innovation and Digital Transformation takes place from March 18 to 21, with many activities connecting businesses, technology and startup ecosystems, aiming to promote cooperation and commercialize research products.

The center is oriented to be a bridge between scientific research and production - business, focusing on supporting businesses to innovate technology, digital transformation and bring research results into practice. In the early stages, the unit implements technology innovation consulting programs, connects supply - demand, trains human resources, supports digital transformation and connects investment funds for startup projects.
The commissioning of the Center takes place in the context of Tay Ninh promoting digital transformation and developing the knowledge economy. In 2025, the locality completed 168/169 tasks according to Resolution 57-NQ/TW; the rate of administrative procedure dossiers submitted online reached 99.8%; 100% of hamlets and neighborhoods are covered by the internet and mobile network.
According to the orientation, the Center will play the role of a nucleus connecting scientific and technological resources, contributing to the formation of an innovation ecosystem with businesses as the center. This is considered an important step to improve competitiveness, attract technology investment and develop potential fields such as high-tech agriculture, processing industry, logistics and digital services.
Mr. Le Van Han - Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee said that 2026 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the new term and the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, with the goal of double-digit growth. In which, the province focuses on implementing important resolutions of the Politburo, especially Resolution 57 on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, and Resolution 68 on private economic development.

According to Mr. Han, the establishment and operation of the Innovation Center is a specific step to realize these policies, and at the same time expects to become the nucleus connecting the innovation ecosystem, a place to converge and spread knowledge, technology and development resources.
In addition, the Center will play a connecting role between the State - scientists - businesses - investors; promote research, application and technology transfer, thereby supporting businesses to improve production and business efficiency and competitiveness.
