The Congress was attended by 137 official delegates, representing the intelligence, bravery and aspiration of 1,043 union members and workers of the Hospital.
The 17th Congress of the Ha Dong General Hospital Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term has the task of reviewing and objectively and comprehensively assessing the results achieved and limitations and shortcomings, at the same time drawing lessons in implementing the Resolution of the 16th Congress of the Hospital Trade Union, determining the goals, targets, and directions for the activities of the 17th Hospital Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term; contributing opinions to supplement and amend the Charter of the Vietnam General Hospital; electing the Executive Committee of the Ha Dong General Hospital Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term and electing delegates to attend the Congress of the superior Trade Union.
During the 2023 - 2025 term, the activities of the Trade Union and the emulation movement among union members and workers of Ha Dong General Hospital always closely follow the direction of the Hospital Party Committee and the higher-level Trade Union, implementing focused activities, attracting a large number of cadres, union members and workers to actively respond, bringing efficiency to the movement.
During the new term, the Hospital Trade Union sets a number of targets to strive for: Pay attention to admitting new union members and introduce 10-15 outstanding union members each year for the Party Committee to consider admitting; strive to achieve the title of strong grassroots trade union every year; 100% of union officials participate in training on trade union work...
