In order to prepare well for the organization of the new term Congress, while improving the professional capacity of grassroots union cadres in the area, Phu Dien Ward Union and Xuan Dinh Ward Union jointly organize training on the organization of the 2025-2030 term grassroots union Congress and union financial operations.

Regarding the content of Trade Union finances, Trade Union officials are given detailed instructions on regulations on financial management; principles of revenue and expenditure; methods of making estimates - finalizations; internal inspection procedures, as well as notes in the process of spending on movement activities.
