According to Mr. Phu, the development in the number of union members and grassroots trade unions requires the team of trade union officials to be regularly trained and updated with knowledge and skills to improve the capacity to organize movements, care for, represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

At the conference, trainees were disseminated many topics such as the implementation of the Resolution of the first Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030; professional work in finance, organization, trade union inspection; women's work and key tasks of grassroots trade unions in the current period.

In addition to absorbing knowledge, trade union officials also exchanged experiences, shared good models and effective ways of organizing emulation movements, caring for union members and workers, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities at the grassroots level.
