Towards the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026) and the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), the Trade Unions of Nam Phuoc, Dien Ban, Dien Ban Dong, Hoi An, Hoi An Tay, Thang Binh and Dai Loc communes and wards organized a program to return to the origin at the Quang Da Special Zone Party Committee Base Relic Site, Duy Xuyen commune, Da Nang city.
Attending the program were representatives of local leaders, the Management Board of the relic site, former leaders and officials of the former Quang Nam Provincial Trade Union, districts, towns, and cities through many periods, and a team of grassroots Trade Union officials.
In a solemn atmosphere, delegates offered flowers, incense and observed a minute of silence to commemorate heroic martyrs, officers, soldiers and compatriots who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

The Quang Da Special Zone Party Committee base in Hon Tau was once the base, leading and directing the revolutionary movement in Quang Nam - Da Nang in the years of resistance war against the US. Amidst fierce war conditions, many generations of cadres, soldiers and people persistently stayed, contributing to the victory of the cause of national liberation.
After the incense offering ceremony, delegates visited the relic site, learned about the working place and dining hall of the Quang Da Special Zone Party Committee and listened to introductions about the formation and operation of the revolutionary base.
The documents, traces and historical stories preserved here help Trade Union officials better understand a period of arduous and heroic struggle, thereby further cherishing the value of peace and independence.
From the journey to the source, the team of Trade Union officials continues to improve responsibility to inherit traditions, innovate activities, strongly focus on grassroots levels and better care for the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
