On December 4, the Phuoc Hai Commune Labor Union (HCMC) said that the local government had organized a voluntary blood donation program for workers and people in the commune.
The organizing committee has arranged a full reception table, guidance area, screening, and blood collection to ensure the process is safe and smooth. Despite the prolonged rain from early morning, the blood donation area was quickly bustling and warm with the spirit of sharing of many workers, armed forces, union members and local people.
Thereby, 203 volunteers were recorded to have donated blood; 188 units of blood were collected to ensure safety to provide to Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center for treatment and treatment of patients in need of blood.
