In order to diversify forms of Tet care for union members and workers, and at the same time promote digital transformation in Trade Union activities, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has implemented the "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program in online form, nationwide.
The program takes place from 9:00 AM on January 5, 2026 to 12:00 PM on March 4, 2026 (temporarily suspended during the Lunar New Year holiday from February 11 to the end of February 22, 2026), at https://chotet.congdoan.vn or through applications on iOS and Android platforms.
In Son La province, 2,050 trade union members participated in online shopping within the framework of the program. Each union member was supported by the Trade Union organization with 500,000 VND to choose essential goods for Tet, with a total support cost of up to 1.025 billion VND.
Purchasing subjects are union members with outstanding achievements in labor and production; actively participating in trade union activities; or union members in difficult circumstances with low incomes according to the list proposed by grassroots trade unions.
Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" provides a variety of goods to serve Tet needs such as food, foodstuffs, confectionery, spices, beverages, garments, household appliances, electronics, gift baskets and Tet decoration products, supplied by domestic enterprises, ensuring quality and preferential prices.
According to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the program has attracted about 200,000 union members nationwide to participate in shopping, with a total value of goods reaching about 100 billion VND.
