Initial information, at about 7 am on the same day, people and tourists in the city center suddenly discovered smoke and fire rising from the rooftop of a spa on Le Thanh Ton street. Due to the location of the fire being high, the black smoke column quickly rose high, causing many people in the area to worry.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police Command Center (PCCC and CNCH) of Ho Chi Minh City Police quickly mobilized forces. 7 fire trucks, including ladder trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers, immediately approached the scene.
Firefighters quickly deployed formations, using ladder trucks to reach high, spraying water to control the fire from above, preventing the fire from spreading to the lower floors and surrounding areas.
A few minutes later, the fire was controlled and extinguished by functional forces. Currently, the cause of the fire and the extent of property damage are being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
