Concentrate resources on developing union members; represent and care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, creating a breakthrough in developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, especially in non-state enterprises and workers in the informal sector.
The Trade Union of Vietnam - Vietnam organized the admission of the "May Union Member Class". Trade unions at all levels also regularly communicate, raise awareness and compliance with the law on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) for employees and employers, and promote specific solutions and action programs on preventing occupational accidents and occupational diseases (OSH).
Improve working conditions, launch emulation, build a culture of labor safety, promote mass movements to work in occupational safety and health at all levels, sectors, localities, enterprises and workers. Occupational safety and hygiene communication with the theme in 2025 "Strengthening assessment, identification of risks and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace".

On the occasion of Workers' Month 2025, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Social Affairs recommends that affiliated trade unions continue to implement a number of contents:

In particular, effectively implementing Plan No. 48/KH-CDKHCN dated April 28, 2025 of the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union on organizing activities in response to the movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" launched by the Prime Minister, in order to successfully implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
