On May 9, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Lam Dong aluminum One Member Co., Ltd. - said that during Workers' Month 2025, the unit organized many practical activities to care for workers' lives and improve production efficiency.
Specifically, the Trade Union coordinated with the company's leaders to organize a launching ceremony for Workers' Month and respond to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene. The event was attended by nearly 300 people, representing more than 1,300 cadres, workers and leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lam Dong province.
At the launching ceremony, the company called on staff and workers to step up production competition, ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and avoid serious occupational accidents or equipment incidents during production. The goal is to comprehensively complete production and business targets during Workers' Month and the whole year of 2025.
The trade union also launched an emulation movement to increase productivity and save costs to reduce product prices, contributing to increasing income for workers.
"We require each unit, department and employee to sign a commitment to implement occupational safety and hygiene. Each unit strives to have at least one initiative or innovation solution during this year's Workers' Month," Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa shared.

Notable are cultural and sports activities to create a healthy playground, improve health; launch "Green Saturday" and build a clean and civilized workers' collective housing area.
The Trade Union also visited, presented gifts and prepared documents to request support in building "Union Shelter" houses for workers in difficult circumstances or those who have had work-related accidents.
We also organize a Union Meal program to take care of our lives and strengthen the bond between leaders and employees in the company, Ms. Hoa shared.
