    In the period 2021-2025, the People's Police Trade Union had 64 technical innovation initiatives and 6,345 scientific research topics, making a profit of more than 29 billion VND.

    According to the People's Police Trade Union (CAND), in the period 2021-2025, patriotic emulation campaigns and movements are particularly focused on by trade union levels in the CAND. The emulation movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" is closely linked to the movement "For National Security", "CAND learns to implement 6 teachings of Uncle Ho". Through this, 64 technical innovation initiatives and 6,345 scientific research topics were recognized, with a profit value of more than 29 billion VND. The CAND Trade Union also commended 2,275 good workers.

    The People's Police Trade Union innovated the work of summarizing, evaluating, and commending. 40 comrades were awarded the "Outstanding Trade Union Member of the People's Police"; 37 comrades were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Commendation work focused on direct workers.

    The emulation movement in the People's Public Security Forces is specialized according to each field: Technology production, logistics, health, journalism, art, sports. The People's Public Security Trade Union reviews and amends the emulation and commendation regulations; promulgates guidelines for the activities of emulation clusters and blocs; commendation regulations; guidelines for ranking trade union organizations and union members; emulation scoring forms to ensure objectivity, fairness, and encourage creativity.

    In addition, the People's Public Security Trade Union actively advises on building and consolidating Party organizations in People's Public Security enterprises; many grassroots trade unions have become the premise for forming Party organizations in newly established units. Currently, 100% of union members who are Party members in the People's Public Security Trade Union have completed their tasks well or better.

    From 2023-2025, the People's Public Security Trade Union introduced to the Party for consideration and admission 309 outstanding union members.

    Organizing the forum "Promoting the role of trade union organizations, union members, and workers in Party building work" in the entire CAND trade union system.
